the time I need to prepare an order varies. I cannot guarantee delivery times, as I am a one woman owned small business & have no control over the mail system.
Items are created for you by hand as you order them. Items within the "ready to ship" collection, usually are able to be shipped within a week, but at times based on demand this may take longer. pre-orders will take about 3 weeks to be created & packaged to be mailed. once mailed you will receive an email with tracking info. your patience is so appreciated ♡
Shipping time varies based on location & method selected. All items are shipped out of New York State, USA. As a small business, it takes time to create & package each order. This time varies based on many factors.
I happily accept international orders, shipping rates will vary based on location. *
(*buyer is responsible for any additional import fees & risk of loss in transit- sadly I cannot control the international shipping process - please be patient as orders often take 1-2 months in transit.)
I'll do my best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and other external factors that I cannot control.
*if an order is undeliverable / returned to sender because the address provided by the customer is incorrect, or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the cost of purchasing another shipping label with the correct information to resend the package. *
