- “everything is sold out, how do I order?”
-if a product / pre-order listing says sold out this means I am at my order capacity & cannot take any more orders at that time, as i create each by hand. i always post once i can offer more available. i cannot accept orders via dms, only my website.
- ”how does pre-ordering work?”
- when available, pre-order listings are released on my website. please be sure to read the product description. pre-ordering usually takes about 3 weeks to be hand created for you. when ordering if you would like your ring made a certain size or to hold a certain thickness add a note at checkout or email me (stonedbymichelina@gmail.com) & I will do my best to accommodate! once your order has been hand created for you & packaged you will receive an email with tracking info linked!
- “how often / when do you restock?”
- I try to restock my website & offer more pre-orders for smoke rings at least once per month. I always post when I plan to release more on my instagram & tiktok!
- ”can you ship to ____ ?”
- yes. I mail internationally, & can mail pretty much anywhere in the world! the cost varies- if you're curious how much it costs to your area, you can add any item to your cart then enter your mailing address at checkout to see the estimated price for mailing to your area.
- “do you offer wholesale?”
-in the past i have offered wholesale for some of my creations. if i can offer wholesale again in the future i will post about it on my instagram!
- “do you have other social media accounts?”
- @stonedbymichelina (spelled exactly like that) is my ONLY @ that i have / use for my business’ social media. I have an instagram & tiktok account, both @stonedbymichelina. (I actually do also have a facebook but I rarely use it) *I am aware of fake accounts impersonating me, often direct messaging people. I do my best to have them taken down. I never randomly dm you, unless it is about an order you have already placed. the only way i accept orders & payment is via my website. *

- bonus: ‘why didn’t you answer my dm?’ i’m just one person, I receive thousands of messages, comments, etc. if i spent my time replying to every message I would not have any time to create. it’s important I use my time & energy to create! at this time I don’t feel comfortable having anyone else speak / reply on my behalf, so I simply cannot reply to all dms, but i try my best to reply to what i see!
