Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me via email immediately if the item arrives damaged (please take a photo to show the condition upon arrival) or if you receive the wrong item. so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Since I create each order by hand, I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. I do my best to ensure each item is carefully hand crafted to your order specificities.
